Walk in, and the home responds. Lighting shifts with the time of day, music moves with you room to room, and a single tap sets the scene for a movie. This Halifax home integrates Ketra tunable lighting, Lutron HomeWorks, Sonos audio, a Dolby Atmos theater, Araknis networking, motorized shading, and Luma AI security — all unified through Control4, and planned from the ground up before the first nail was driven.

Homes by Highgate / Fine Interiors by Nancy. Fall 2019 QEII Home Lottery Grand Prize Showhome in the Indigo Shores Subdivision — full electrical scope, lighting layout design, and fixture installation throughout this 4,700+ sq. ft. custom build.

Omar Gandhi Architect / MRB Contracting / Hewn + Barter. Magazine-featured 3,200 sq. ft. home/office in Halifax's North End — full electrical scope with Bocci receptacles throughout the kitchen and main living spaces.

Nicolas & Devon Bezanson Builders / Habitat Studio. Historic 1832 Morris Street building restored into a 6-unit apartment complex — lighting layout design, service upgrade, and full re-wire throughout.
