Systems That Actually Talk
Most smart homes are stitched together by separate electricians, AV installers, and automation contractors. Nothing communicates. We do all of it — designed together from day one.
One Team, One Plan
Electrical, low-voltage, networking, audio, lighting, security, and programming — all under one roof. No coordination gaps. No finger-pointing when something doesn't work.
Designed Before Drywall
Every system engineered together before construction begins — circuits, conduit, speaker locations, AP placement, keypad layouts. Nothing is an afterthought.
Support For Life
We monitor your system remotely, push firmware updates, and stay available long after handover. Most issues are resolved before you notice them.
What We Integrate
Every System, One Platform

Lighting, climate, audio, security, and shading — unified in one app, one keypad, one experience. Control4 ties every system together so your home responds to you, not the other way around.
See automation →Lutron and Ketra lighting that shifts colour temperature with the time of day, responds to occupancy, and locks into scenes with one tap. Bright and energizing in the morning. Warm and dim at night.
Lighting control →Fixture specification, layered design, and scene programming. WAC, Ketra, MP Lighting, and Colorbeam — coordinated with your architect and interior designer from the first floor plan.
Lighting design →Enterprise-grade Araknis networking designed for homes with dozens of connected devices. No dead zones, no buffering, no rebooting the router. Built in during rough-in so access points are invisible.
Networking details →Sonos and Sonance distributed audio that follows you through the house. A dedicated theater with Dolby Atmos. Video distribution to every display. All controlled from one interface.
Audio & video →Luma AI cameras, smart locks, and monitoring — integrated with your lighting and automation so your whole home locks down with one tap when you leave. Not a bolt-on system. Part of the whole.
Security overview →Lutron shades that close before the afternoon glare, open with your morning scene, and disappear into the architecture. Coordinated with your lighting so daylight and electric light work together.
Shading details →Savant Power transforms your panel into an intelligent energy system — circuit-level monitoring, automated load shedding, solar integration, and EV charging control from your Control4 interface.

Common Questions
Integration Answers
What does whole-home integration actually mean?
It means every electrical and low-voltage system in your home is designed and installed by one team, then unified under a single automation platform (Control4). Lighting, audio, networking, security, shading, climate, and energy all communicate. One scene press handles dozens of devices. Start a conversation →
Do I have to do everything at once, or can we phase it?
Most clients do a full scope on new builds and major renovations, where infrastructure decisions are easiest. For existing homes we can phase — starting with lighting control or networking and layering in audio, security, and automation later. The key is designing the foundation correctly the first time.
What does a complete integration cost in Halifax?
Scope drives price. Entry-level integrations start in the low five figures. Whole-home systems for custom builds typically range from $50,000 to $250,000+ depending on home size, system count, and finish level. We don't quote over the phone — a consultation gives you a real number. Request a consultation →
Can you work with my builder, architect, and interior designer?
Yes — and we prefer to. We work directly with your design and construction team so electrical rough-in, low-voltage paths, fixture selections, and keypad placements coordinate cleanly with finishes and millwork. Our drawings go to the architect; our schedules go to the builder.
What happens after the system is installed?
We train you on the system, monitor it remotely through OvrC, push firmware updates as they release, and stay on for service calls, expansions, and tuning. Smart homes aren't a one-time install — they evolve. We stay with the system for years.
