Music in Every Room. One System.
Sonos streaming, architectural speakers, and multi-room video — designed to disappear into your home and run from one app, one keypad, or a Control4 scene.
The Experience
Every Room. Every Mood. One Touch.
Wake to acoustic in the kitchen. Carry coffee to the patio and the music meets you there. Call everyone for dinner and the whole main floor plays the same track — in sync, tuned to each room.
One Sonos system, architectural speakers in every zone, controlled from a single keypad, app, or Control4 scene. Adjust a room, group two together, or hand the whole house a playlist — effortlessly.
Speaker Systems We Specify
The right speaker for every room — chosen by acoustics, not budget.
Sonos
Wireless multi-room streaming made simple. One Amp drives four zones, streams every major service, and groups rooms with a tap. Authorized dealer — integrated cleanly with Control4.
Triad
Audiophile architectural speakers built to disappear. Carbon fiber and Kevlar drivers, reference-grade PDX Series, made in Portland for 40+ years.
Sonance
Ultra-low-profile paintable grilles that vanish into any ceiling. The VP Extreme line handles Nova Scotia winters and coastal salt air — rated -30°F to 175°F.
Monitor Audio
British engineering across three performance tiers on one C-CAM driver platform. Reference grade in the media room, standard in bedrooms, consistent tone throughout.
Video Distribution
Any Source. Any Screen.
One central rack feeds every TV — Apple TV, cable, streaming, cameras — no duplicated hardware. Control4 handles input switching from any keypad, touchscreen, or remote.
Sony BRAVIA XR
QD-OLED reference displays for primary rooms — perfect blacks, infinite contrast, cognitive processor XR.
Samsung & The Frame
Secondary rooms and design-forward spaces. The Frame shows curated art between viewings — not a black rectangle on a white wall.
Apple TV 4K
Dolby Atmos and Vision streaming, centralized in the rack and distributed to every screen. No box at each TV.
Control4 Scenes
Press "Movie." Display powers on, input switches, lights dim, shades close. One button, every layer.
Outdoor Audio: The Zone Nobody Thinks About
Weatherproof speakers for decks, patios, pools, and garages — integrated with your indoor system as one environment.
Landscape Speakers
In-ground and boulder speakers that disappear into the yard. Built for freeze-thaw cycles and coastal humidity.
Deck & Patio Ceiling
Sonance VP Extreme and Triad outdoor in-ceiling. UV-stable, salt-air resistant, rated to -30°C.
Sonos Outdoor
Weatherproof Sonos speakers that group with any indoor zone. Your deck becomes just another room.
"Entertain Outside"
One keypress: patio lights on, outdoor playlist plays, landscape lighting sets the scene.
Our Process
How Audio & Video Gets Done
Designed around your home and how you listen — not a spec sheet.
Zone Planning
We map the home room by room — where audio goes, where video distributes, where the rack lives, and which outdoor zones matter.
Speaker Specification
Each speaker chosen by ceiling height, room volume, aesthetics, and exposure. Reference grade where it counts, standard where it doesn't.
Rough-In & Cabling
Speaker, HDMI, and CAT6A runs during construction. Sonos Amp locations blocked. Outdoor conduit in. Every cable labeled before drywall.
Equipment Rack Build
Amps, switchers, and distribution hardware installed with clean cable management and proper power sequencing.
Programming & Walkthrough
Zones named, sources labeled, Control4 scenes built. We walk it room by room until everything behaves the way you expect.
Audio & Video Connects To
Control4
One interface for every zone, source, and scene — tied into lighting, shading, and climate.
Home Theater
For a dedicated cinema room with Dolby Atmos and room correction, see our Home Theater page.
Networking
Ethernet-connected Sonos and PoE infrastructure for reliable, low-latency audio.
Lighting Control
Lutron scenes include audio — 'Movie Night' dims the lights and starts the music together.
Common Questions
Audio & Video Answers
What's the difference between Sonos and architectural speakers?
Sonos is the streaming platform and amplification. Architectural speakers (Triad, Sonance, Monitor Audio) are the physical in-ceiling and in-wall speakers it drives. We combine both: the ease of the Sonos app with the sound of premium hardware. Get a quote →
How many rooms can whole-home audio cover?
No practical limit. Each Sonos Amp drives four zones, and we add Amps as needed — we've installed systems with 20+ zones. Rooms group or ungroup from the app or a Control4 keypad.
Can audio be added to an existing home?
Yes. New construction is cleanest, but most retrofits route through attics, open basement ceilings, or interior walls. Where in-wall wiring isn't feasible, Sonos Era speakers go in wirelessly.
What streaming services does Sonos support?
Every major service — Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Tidal, Qobuz, YouTube Music, and more. AirPlay 2 streams anything from an iPhone or Mac directly to any zone.
Can different rooms play different music at the same time?
Yes. Every zone is independent. Kitchen plays jazz, patio plays rock, gym plays whatever — all at once, all from one app. Group zones together when you want the same track in sync.
